Expectations:

• 2 years + Residential Cleaning Experience mandatory
• Provide meticulous and thorough cleaning/ sanitizing for our residential clients.
• Provide Move In/Move Out cleaning for the entire home, apartment or condo, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices.
• Provide and use personal high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuum/ swifter/ mop ect.
• Adhere to our detailed Cleaning Expectations checklist, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standard.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Arrive at scheduled appointments punctually and complete services within a timely
• Report any damages or issues to the company promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the company.
• Follow client-specific instructions with precision.
• Maintain your own supply inventory.
• Willing to work independently or as a member of a 2 person crew

Qualifications:

• 2 years + experience in Residential Professional Cleaning, with a strong emphasis on detail and quality. (Prefer move-out cleaning experience)
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper business insurance (General Liability).
• Cleaners must be proficient in cleaning product usage, techniques, and methods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a smartphone.
• Must be able to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.

Pay Rate: Flat Rate per Job: Average $17-$36/ hour

Flat Rate Examples:

• Starter Cleaners: $51–$100/unit
  
   
• Core Team Cleaners: $90–$120/unit
  
   
• Top Tier Pros: $125–$200+/unit

We also offer referral bonus for referring other detailed cleaners.

• This is an Independent Contractor partnership, meaning you work as a separate entity from our company, and you are not guaranteed any minimum amount of hours.
• The Contractor pays all taxes, insurance, and benefits for themselves and their workers.
• We do not pay hourly, but rather a flat rate per job, based on unit size. This gives you the freedom to complete the job at your own pace while upholding the highest quality standard.
